Hello! So many great things are going on behind the scenes at Fotolanthropy that we are excited to share with you soon! But, tonight I wanted to just share a snapshot that was taken yesterday on our two day project of working with Faith Presbyterian Hospice. We are working with this great group of people to help create a pictorial display for their Each Moment Matters Luncheon to help show the facets of hospice care. Brooke and I have spent the past two days with some of the most memorable and kind people. I was so moved with each person as you could tell each one of them have lived such a full life and in hospice care they are embracing each moment they have.
My favorite day’s are “Fotolanthropy Days” when I can just close the computer and invest time into some of the most incredible people I know I will ever meet. They think that we are giving to them, but really these people are pouring into me more than they will know. Here is one of many wonderful people we met, Patsy. As soon as we walked into her room she was being serenaded by a music therapist she just smiled and lit up the room with her joy. My favorite thing about her was that she loves to reach out to your hand and kiss it. I was so moved by her act of sweetness and her openness to a new friendship.

Feeling thankful for the gift of Fotolanthropy today,
Katie
